Dinaridi Film is a Croatian production company founded in 2016 by producer Tena Gojić, with the aim of producing high-quality arthouse films within a European co-production context.
The company experiments with classical genre conventions to introduce innovative cinematic forms to the big screen. Its work focuses on socially sensitive topics, female identity, feminism, mental health, labour practices, and the human impact on the environment.
Dinaridi Film has a consistent presence at leading international festivals, including Cannes, Berlinale, Venice, Rotterdam, and Sarajevo, with its films also presented at institutions such as MoMA and the Louvre.
The company places particular emphasis on sustainable production strategies and the well-being of its employees and collaborators, with a strong commitment to improving working conditions in the film industry, particularly in the region of the former Yugoslavia.
TENA GOJIĆ
Tena Gojić runs Dinaridi Film production company from Croatia since 2016. She is now based in Norway where she is establishing Dinaridi’s Nordic branch. Recent credits include Nobody Said Anything by Tamara Todorović (Cannes 2026 - Main Competition Shorts), Ivan Salatić’s Wondrous Is the Silence of My Master (Rotterdam 2025 - Tiger Competition), Good Children by Filip Peruzović (Warsaw 2024 - 1–2 Competition), Have You Seen This Woman? (Venice 2022 - SIC ), Mare (Berlinale 2020 - Panorama). She has also produced more than 20 award-winning shorts by Croatian directors (Tin Žanić, Hana Jušić, Mate Ugrin, Ivana Škrabalo, Filip Peruzović, Sunčica Ana Veldić, Melita Vrsaljko). She graduated from EAVE, Rotterdam Lab, Emerging Producers, Sarajevo Talents and participated in workshops such as CineLink, MIDPOINT and EKRAN+. Tena is a member of the European Film Academy, Croatian Film Authors' and Producers' Association, and the founding member of the Union of Audiovisual Workers in Croatia. She holds degrees in production from the Academy of Dramatic Arts in Zagreb and in comparative literature and philosophy from the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Zagreb.
Ivan Glebov is a film production professional with more than ten years of experience in Croatian and international film, television and commercial productions. He has worked in various production roles, including production manager, line producer, production coordinator and casting manager. His experience includes collaborations with Croatian and international production companies, including projects connected to HBO, Netflix and Amazon. More recently, he has worked with Pipser as production manager on feature film Muzara by Ivan Sikavica and with Dinaridi Film on feature films Good Children by Filip Peruzović, Mom's Alive Today by Josip Lukić and Five Days at the Sea by Ivana Škrabalo. He also produced several short films by Croatian directors.
